Logo & Graphic Design
Basic Logo Design
Two iconic-type logo options will be designed for you. You can request up to 2 changes be made to the logo design of your choice.
Additional changes will incur additional Graphic Design fees.
Complete Logo Design & Business Branding
Two full graphical logos will be designed for you to choose between. You can request up to 3 changes be made to the logo of your choice.
Additional changes will incur additional Graphic Design fees.
Target Audience Analysis & Customised Colour Scheme
We will work with you to determine your target audience. Who are the people you want to find your site? Are they in a particular age range, are they a particular gender, do they work in a particular field?
We will factor all of these things in when determining the best colours and graphics to use in your site, to optimise engagement by your target audience.
Professional Website Graphics
We will include professional stock graphics and imaging in your site at no extra cost. Without this feature, you will be required to supply all of your own graphics and imaging.
Business Card & Stationary Design
Using your logo and pre-determined optimal colours (based on your target audience), we will design you a business card – with your desired text / information, as well as any other business / stationary requirements you have. This might include letterheads, promotional products, or just about anything else!
We can arrange printing of all your business card and stationary needs at an additional cost. Please contact for a quote.
We will design you a customised animation to use as a promotional tool for your business. You will need to provide us with a ‘story line’, appropriate wording, and a general guide as to what you require. Our graphic designers will then get to work to produce you an animation clip that you can have embedded in your website, upload to youtube or other video hosting sites, and use in your social media marketing.
Domain & Website Hosting
Domain Name Registration & Hosting
What is a domain name? It’s www.yourname.###. It’s basically like your websites address that people type into the URL field at the top of their internet browser. Domain name registration comes free with every monthly plan website package. *Subject to availability*
*Note – for a ‘.com.au’ domain name, you must have a registered ABN or ACN.
Cloud Hosted Network
Your website will be securely stored on our local servers – and hosted by our online platform – making your data accessible online 24/7. All servers are supplied and maintained by our partner provider.
*Note – occasionally we will use external servers / providers if there is a need specific to your website that requires different resources and storage methods.
A server (or dedicated portion of a larger server) dedicate solely to your website. This is the best option for high-traffic websites or sites requiring optimal speed.
Web Hosting Space
Every website will be allocated a maximum storage space on their server. The amount of space allocated to you will vary depending on your package – please check your service agreement and project brief for full details. The larger your site – the more space you will require.
*Note – email accounts will also contribute to data-storage on your server.
** Additional space can be purchased and will incur additional fees.
The number of email accounts allocated to your domain as per the plan you select.
*Note – Eye Dropper Designs are not responsible for ensuring back-ups of your email accounts. You must ensure you take provisions to regularly back-up your email accounts on your own external device (either through cloud storage or on a physical hard-drive).
Spam & Virus Protection
Every plan with Domain and Website Hosting will include spam and virus protection to assist in preventing unwanted junk mail and viruses.
*Note – this is not a guarantee that you won’t still be subject to spam, viruses and malware attacks, but it is an added level of security to aid in the prevention of attacks. It is highly recommended that all of your devices be protected with sufficient virus and malware software to prevent unwanted damage or loss of data through hacking or viruses.
Premium Email Protection
An additional protection against spam, viruses and malware. Our servers are continuously being updated by our partner provider to ensure the most current algorithms are in place to detect the latest threats identified on the net.
An encryption service added to your site – mostly used to ensure safe financial transactions. Give your customers peace of mind when making payments through your website. Standard SSL Certificates are automatically installed on all websites on the Monthly Plan Website Packages, however you may wish to purchase higher protection at an additional cost.
Website Design & Development
Website Custom Designed & Developed
We will discuss with you your requirements for your website, find out what features you require, and discuss the best method to producing an eye-catching website design that works best for you.
We will develop the website, with consultation on any major implementations.
Once the site has been developed, you will be able to test your site before signing off on final approvals.
You will be permitted to make up to 2 changes to the design of the site. Additional change requests will incur additional fees.
Number of Pages
Each package is allocated a maximum number pages as an inclusion. If you want extra pages but don’t want to go up to the next package – that’s cool! We can do extra pages for an additional once-off charge.
A page created specifically to meet your marketing needs. Generally this is a page that is integrated with a sign-up or opt-in form, and linked with your preferred email marketing campaign (such as Mailchimp). Landing pages are essentially used as a marketing tool to link your website with other marketing tools (such as social media).
Customised Contact Forms
Because one size doesn’t fit everyone. You might need some custom fields on your contact form – some drop down menus or other selection options – maybe even a survey-style form. When you need your clients to provide you with information – you’ll need a customised form.
Integrated Content Management System
A content management system (CMS) is a bit like the filing cabinet that holds all of your websites data. These days it’s a standard inclusion in every site (well at least it should be!). It’s the most efficient way to store and sort your websites content.
Image Gallery / Portfolio
Most businesses these days have a requirement to show off some of their work. We’ll customise a gallery to suit your needs.
Put simply – an online store front. Do you have things you want to sell? Then you need E-Commerce. We’ll set you up with a store front that fits in with your websites design and help you to integrate your chosen payment methods. Of course you’ll have access to the stores back-end where you can add and modify your items for sale and track stock and inventory too.
Membership System Integration
Do you have clients who need to log in to access personal information, or membership benefits? Login Portals can be created and customised for a wide range of purposes and provide an added layer of interaction and customisation within your site, giving your clients a more personal and dedicated experience.
Mailchimp is an amazing marketing tool that allows you to capture information from your online clients and visitors. We can integrate various forms within your site with Mailchimp to do some pretty amazing things.

Site Monitoring & Updates
We’ll keep a watchful eye on your site and let you know if there’s something not quite right about it (or we’ll fix it without you having to worry about a thing!). All sites need updating to ensure they meet the most current online requirements. If your site isn’t updated regularly, you might find that things just don’t work the way they should.
Backups are essential. Losing your website could be like losing your phone – sometimes there’s information on there, that for one reason or another, just isn’t accessible anywhere else. With daily website backups – you don’t ever have to worry about losing the data and information from your site. It’s also a great fail-safe if your site is ever hacked or destroyed by some unstoppable force.
Added Security & Breach Notifications
We’ll add an extra layer of security to your site by way of maintaining the most updated security patches available. We’ll also monitor suspicious activity on your site using automated detection tools to try to block suspicious activity before it becomes a problem.
*Note – we can not guarantee that your site will not become subject to security breaches (such as viruses, malware and other hacking or phishing, however we will do our best to prevent these things from occurring.
A bit like a help-desk – we’ll be there for you whenever you need help. As a part of this support – we’ll provide you one-to-one training on any of the features to do with your site – we want to make sure you know how to use you most valuable tool!
Need to update your content or change some images on your site? No problems. Get in touch, give us the instructions, and get it done! Hassle free website updates – we want to make your life as easy as possible. Change requests may include changing wording, content or images on existing pages and modifying any of the elements within your website – such as colours and layouts.
*Note – every Monthly Plan Website Package is allocated a set number of hours per month for change requests. We will advise you if your allocated hours have been reached and can provide additional hours, which will incur additional Website Design fees.
Every month we’ll send you a report to advise you on the core activities performed on your website – such as updates, security measures taken and any other actions made regarding your site. The report will not include details about change requests or other modifications made to the website.
We don’t want you to feel that your maintenance plan is for nothing. If you don’t utilise your support or change requests, we’ll automatically substitute this with SEO hours. The number of hours you receive corresponds to the plan you’re on.
For all monthly package services, these standard terms and conditions will serve as your contract. By signing up to a monthly package, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
For all packages outside of the monthly packages available, a written contract will be prepared – specific to your service requirements and as agreed by all parties involved. Services will only commence upon receipt of the signed contract and any financial payments as specified.
Pricing & Startup Fee
All websites will have the option of an Outright Purchase Price or a Monthly Plan Website Package.
Where the client chooses to go with the Outright Purchase Price – the Monthly Plan details will become null and void, and the terms and conditions of payments will be set out in the individual service agreement for that website. In the absence of a service agreement, all Outright Purchase websites must pay 50% of the Outright Purchase Price upfront and must be received by Eye Dropper Designs before the commencement of any work/ services. The remaining 50% is required to be paid by the client and received in full by Eye Dropper Designs prior to the website ‘going live’ on any web-host/ server.
Where the client chooses to go with the Monthly Plan Website Package, the Outright Purchase Price will remain aligned to the website as the websites ‘value’- and may become relevant in the event that the client chooses to terminate their monthly plan and retain their website (see Termination and Exit Fees below). All Monthly Plan Website Packages, without a service agreement in place, will incur a start- up fee at the commencement of the package which is equal to two months of the value of your monthly fee, in addition to the normal monthly fee charge (ie – 3 months total). If you have been provided with a service agreement, your start-up fee will be detailed within that agreement.
Work will commence on your website until the start-up fee payment has been received in full.
All Monthly Plan Website Packages attract a risk-free monthly fee. This fee is required to be paid at the beginning of each month, on the anniversary of your package commencement. You will be automatically billed until your services are terminated. Termination must be made in writing with at least 4 weeks prior notice.
Monthly fees are charged at the rate that corresponds with your selected package or as per your service agreement. Monthly fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable.
Failure to maintain monthly fees may result in the cancellation of your services and deletion of all data, files and information corresponding to your website without notice.
Termination & Exit Fees
Eye Dropper Designs has the right to terminate any Monthly Plan Website Package. You will be notified in writing to your designated email and/ or postal address with at least 30 days notice prior to termination coming into effect. After termination, all services will cease in-line with the details of your termination notice.
If the client wishes to Terminate the Monthly Plan Website Package, there are two termination options:
No More to Pay – No Exit Fee
- This option is for clients who wish to terminate their monthly plan without retaining their website and all associated data, files and information.
- Request to terminate must be received in writing and with at least 4 weeks notice. Your website and all other services (such as email accounts) will be removed from our servers after 4 weeks of being notified of the termination. No further costs will apply. Your website can not be retrieved once termination has been occurred.
- If you wish to cancel your website but maintain your email accounts, this needs to be discussed prior to submitting your termination request so that provisions can be made to separate the affected services. Maintaining email accounts outside of the Monthly Plan Website Package (ie – after termination of the website) will incur additional costs.
- Copyright remains with Eye Dropper Designs.
Retain Your Website – Exit Fee Applies
- This option is for clients who wish to terminate their monthly plan and retain their website and all associated data, files and information.
- Request to terminate must be received in writing and with at least 4 weeks notice. You will be required to pay out the remainder (if any) of your websites ‘Outright Purchase Price’ PLUS an Exit Fee. The exit fee is calculated to be two times your monthly payment amount.
- Once full payment has been received, you will be provided full access to your website and email accounts.
- If you wish to maintain your website, email accounts and any other files, data or information on the current servers, additional yearly hosting charges will apply.
- Copyright will be transferred to the client once all invoices have been paid in full.
*Note – If no option is specified in the termination request received by the client, the ‘No More to Pay – No Exit Fee’ option will be assumed and executed.
All fees are non-refundable.
Monthly Contract Terms
All Monthly Plan Website Packages operate on a month by month basis and may be canceled in writing with four weeks notice. Written request from the website owner must be received and confirmed in order for your package to be canceled. Please refer to the Termination and Exit Fee options above. If no option is specified in the termination request received, the ‘No More to Pay – No Exit Fee’ option will be assumed and executed.
Failure To Pay Monthly Fees
If you fail to make payment of your monthly fee, you will receive ONE reminder ONLY that your monthly fee is outstanding. If payment is not made within 7 days from the date of your reminder, it will be assumed that you no longer require our services and all services will cease immediately and without warning. Eye Dropper Designs will not be held responsible for lost data, interruptions to business, or any other issues resulting from a cease in your services as a result of your failure to pay any associated fees.

Please note that not all inclusions are provided in every package. If you are unsure of which inclusions correspond to your package, please contact us for advice.
General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) are now in force within the European Union (EU). It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure their website and content meets all required standards and regulations in line with its users / audience.
Eye Dropper Designs recommends all websites comply with the GDPR, regardless of being located outside of the EU as the regulations may still apply and there may be significant fines or fees applied to those website that do not comply.
